September 5, 2024: Roanoke, VA 24019 The Eastern Montgomery Mustangs (Elliston, VA) volleyball held off the host Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES (Roanoke, VA), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league bout on Monday, September 9. Eastern Montgomery will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Roanoke Valley Christian drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Westover Christian Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA)
