Illinois High School Volleyball - Tri-City tips Lutheran

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Tri-City Tornadoes volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Lutheran Crusaders.

The Tornadoes (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL). The Bombers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Argenta-Oreana was nudged by Meridian (Macon, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders play the Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
