Georgia High School Softball - Coffee gets by Pierce County
September 5, 2024: Douglas, GA 31533 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Coffee Trojans (Douglas, GA) and the visiting Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), observed Coffee's softball team get by Pierce County by a tally of 3-2.
The Trojans (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Camden County (Kingsland, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, Camden County tipped Long County (Ludowici, GA), 5-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bears clash with the Miller County Pirates (Colquitt, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 7. Pierce County will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA).
