With the win, Gordo advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Green Wave host Demopolis (Demopolis, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-4.
The Thundering Herd now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hale County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. Parker will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sumter Central (York, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
