With the win, West Covina advances its record to 5-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Edgewood (West Covina, CA) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Monday, September 9. The Lions go into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Vikings now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a Mission Valley test on Friday, September 6. Mountain View will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hoover (Glendale, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
