September 5, 2024: High Point, NC 27265 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) and the host T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC), observed West Stokes's volleyball team top T.W. Andrews by a count of 3-0.
The Wildcats (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, North Surry notched a victory over West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC), 3-2, in a league contest.
Next, the Red Raiders meet the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 9. T.W. Andrews will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC).
