In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Redding Christian Lions football team scored a nice 26-6 win over the Biggs Wolverines.

With the win, Redding Christian advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Maxwell (Maxwell, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Maxwell won 54-0 in their recent non-league battle against Weed (Weed, CA)

The Wolverines now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Highlands for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. Biggs will play a Scots team coming off a 28-6 non-league win over Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Scots record now stands at 1-1.
