Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ), 52-20 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Buena advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Colts host ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ) to confront the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, September 12. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 2-0. ALA - Gilbert North won 35-33 in their recent non-league match against Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ)

Coming up next, the Coyotes confront the Goldwater Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Skyline will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 38-34 non-league loss to Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ).
