September 5, 2025: Carver, MA 02330 The East Bridgewater Vikings football squad scored 8 points and limited the host Carver Crusaders to 7 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Norton for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. East Bridgewater will face a Lancers team coming off a 50-14 non-league win over Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-0.
The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Whalers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Nantucket held off Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA), 49-0, in a non-league challenge.
