Rock Springs Christian Academy Eagles (Milner, GA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Central Hawks (Talbotton, GA), 20-12 in a non-league match.

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cherokee Christian (Woodstock, GA). The Warriors go into the GAPPS Division 1 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Cherokee Christian topped Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA), 28-20, in a non-league test.

With the defeat, Central drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Atkinson County (Pearson, GA) to meet the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 3-0.
