Texas High School Football - Channelview tops MacArthur

September 5, 2025: Channelview, TX 77530

The Channelview Falcons football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting MacArthur Generals to 21 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clear Creek for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Channelview will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 39-0 non-league loss to Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, MacArthur drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Generals host West Brook (Beaumont, TX) to face the Bruins in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Bruins go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. West Brook won 26-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Lumberton (Lumberton, TX)
