Ohio High School Football - Dunbar thwarted by Cincinnati College Prep Academy
September 5, 2025: Cincinnati, OH 45214 Cincinnati College Prep Academy Lions (Cincinnati, OH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Dunbar Wolverines (Dayton, OH), 30-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Cincinnati College Prep Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Cincinnati Country Day (Cincinnati, OH) to meet the Nighthawks in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Nighthawks come into the test with a record of 2-1. Cincinnati Country Day won 46-0 in their recent non-league test against Irvington Preparatory Academy (Indianapolis, IN)
With the defeat, Dunbar drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Withrow (Cincinnati, OH) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Withrow won 42-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Northmont (Clayton, OH)
