The Clever Blue Jays walloped the visiting Cuba Wildcats football team by a score of 55-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Blue Jays now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Reeds Spring for a Mid-Lakes test on Friday, September 12. Clever will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Marshfield (Marshfield, MO). The Wolves record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Cuba drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Jefferson (Festus, MO) to face the Blue Jays in a Quad County challenge on Friday, September 19. The Blue Jays enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
