The Cousino Patriots walloped the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen football team by a score of 33-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Fraser Ramblers (Fraser, MI) in a Macomb Area - Blue challenge, on Friday, September 12. Cousino will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Ramblers enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 38-8 non-league win over Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI).

The Norsemen (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamphere (Madison Heights, MI). The Rams come into the Macomb Area - Gold outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Lamphere trounced Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
