The Bears now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Columbus for a A District 5 test on Friday, September 12. Danville will face a Wildcats team coming off a 29-12 league win over Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their game against South Tama County (Tama, IA). The Trojans enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, South Tama County was overwhelmed by Union (La Porte City, IA), 42-6, in a non-league outing.
