The St. Joseph Wildcats were victorious over the visiting Egg Harbor Township Eagles football team by a score of 27-13 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) in a West Jersey - Liberty outing, on Saturday, September 13. St. Joseph will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Braves come into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 42-0 non-league loss to Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ).

With the defeat, Egg Harbor Township drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ) to clash with the Bulldogs in a West Jersey - Memorial game on Friday, September 12.
