Missouri High School Football - Herculaneum tops Fredericktown
September 5, 2025: Herculaneum, MO 63048 The Herculaneum Black Cats football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Fredericktown Black Cats to 0 in the Black Cats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Black Cats now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a Quad County challenge on Friday, September 12. Herculaneum will face a Blue Jays team coming off a 21-20 non-league loss to Central (Park Hills, MO). The Blue Jays record now stands at 1-1.
The Black Cats (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Park Hills, MO). The Rebels enter the Mississippi Area - White challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Central topped Jefferson (Festus, MO), 21-20, in a non-league test.
