The Comets now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Streator for a Illinois Central Eight outing on Friday, September 12. Reed-Custer will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 50-14 non-league loss to Ottawa (Ottawa, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
