Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) and the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), saw Riverside-Brookfield's football team gain a win over Hinsdale South by a final score of 41-20.

With the win, Riverside-Brookfield advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Ridgewood (Norridge, IL) to encounter the Rebels in a UpState 8 - East battle on Friday, September 12. The Rebels go into the battle with a record of 1-1.
