The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN) and the visiting Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN), witnessed Hobart's football squad wallop Munster by a tally of 41-7.

The Brickies (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN). The Kougars enter the Northwest Crossroads contest with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Kankakee Valley was crushed by Andrean (Merrillville, IN), 41-8, in a league bout.

The Mustangs now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Andrean for a Northwest Crossroads bout on Friday, September 12. Munster will encounter a Fighting 59ers team coming off a 41-8 league win over Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN). The Fighting 59ers record now stands at 2-1.
