Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI) followers went home happy Friday as they witnessed their football squad edge the visiting Muskegon Catholic Central Crusaders (Muskegon, MI), 41-40 in a non-league match.

The Pioneers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI). The enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Everest Collegiate was nudged by Ubly (Ubly, MI), 22-14, in a non-league match.
