September 5, 2025: Calypso, NC 28365 The North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) football trounced the visiting Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC), 49-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Rebels now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jones for a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. North Duplin will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 49-0 non-league loss to Howard (Wilson, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-3.
With the defeat, Spring Creek drops to 0-3 on the year. The Gators host South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a record of 2-1. South Lenoir won 28-14 in their recent non-league contest against Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC)
