The Northview Wildcats football squad scored 31 points and limited the host Start Spartans to 30 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Bowling Green for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Northview will face a Bobcats team coming off a 48-3 non-league loss to Clay (Oregon, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-3.

The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Scott (Toledo, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Toledo City test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Scott was nipped by East (Columbus, OH), 31-6, in a non-league test.
