In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Omaha Central Eagles football squad scored a decisive 63-0 triumph over the Omaha South Packers.

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Omaha North (Omaha, NE). The Vikings come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Omaha North routed Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE), 27-21, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Packers play the Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Omaha South will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Discoverers go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 42-0 non-league loss to Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE).
