The Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate got by the host Somerset Academy Losee Lions football team by a score of 33-27 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Pirate meet the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars (Henderson, NV) in a 4A Southern - Lake test, on Friday, September 12. Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 34-28 non-league loss to Sunrise Mountain (Las Vegas, NV).

With the defeat, Somerset Academy Losee drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Viewmont (Bountiful, UT) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-1. Viewmont lost 35-22 in their recent non-league test against Weber (Pleasant View, UT)
