The Plano Wildcats got by the host Richardson Eagles football team by a score of 10-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Plano will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX).

With the defeat, Richardson drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0. Lake Ridge won 40-27 in their recent non-league test against Haltom (Haltom City, TX)
