The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL) and the host Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL), witnessed Zion-Benton's football squad edge Rich Township by a final score of 31-26.

With the win, Zion-Benton advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Zee-Bees travel to Mundelein (Mundelein, IL) to encounter the Mustangs in a North Suburban battle on Friday, September 12. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Mundelein won 18-14 in their recent non-league battle against Niles West (Skokie, IL)
