In Friday's non-league test, the host Coastal Christian Centurions volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Ashley Screaming Eagle.

With the win, Coastal Christian improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Centurions host Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC) to face the Patriots in a challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 0-7.
