September 5, 2025: Center Line, MI 48015 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Chavez Academy Aztec Eagles (Detroit, MI) and the host Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI), witnessed Chavez Academy's soccer team knock off Center Line by a final score of 3-0.
With the win, Chavez Academy upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Aztec Eagles host Blissfield (Blissfield, MI) to confront the Royals in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. The Royals enter the battle with a record of 3-3. Blissfield lost 9-3 in their recent non-league battle against Columbia Central (Brooklyn, MI)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI) in a Macomb Area - Silver battle, on Wednesday, September 10. Center Line will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Cardinal Mooney Catholic (Marine City, MI).
