September 5, 2025: Palisade, CO 81526 Durango Demons (Durango, CO) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Palisade Bulldogs (Palisade, CO), 2-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Durango advances its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO) to play the Wildcats in a 5A/4A Southwestern bout on Saturday, September 6. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-0. Fruita Monument 2-2 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO)
With the loss, Palisade moves to 2-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Glenwood Springs lost 8-1 in their recent league bout against Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO)
