September 5, 2025: West Long Branch, NJ 07764 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Shore Regional Blue Devils (West Long Branch, NJ) and the visiting Monmouth Regional Falcons (Tinton Falls, NJ), saw Shore Regional's soccer squad hold off Monmouth Regional by a count of 2-1.
The Blue Devils (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Middletown South (Middletown, NJ). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Middletown South nipped Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Falcons now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league match on Saturday, September 6. Monmouth Regional will meet a Piners team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ). The Piners record now stands at 0-2.
