Oklahoma High School Softball - Lexington bounces Waukomis
September 5, 2025: Waukomis, OK 73773 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Lexington Bulldogs (Lexington, OK) and the host Waukomis Chiefs (Waukomis, OK), observed Lexington's softball team notch a victory over Waukomis by a tally of 12-0.
The Bulldogs (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mangum (Mangum, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Mangum topped Binger-Oney (Binger, OK), 7-0, in a non-league contest.
The Chiefs now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Covington-Douglas for a non-league contest on Monday, September 8. Waukomis will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Shattuck (Shattuck, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
