September 5, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549 The Urban Blues topped the host Bentley Phoenix volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Blues confront the Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 9. Urban will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Highlanders go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hayward (Hayward, CA).
The Phoenix (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Head-Royce (Oakland, CA). The Jayhawks go into the Bay Counties - East game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Head-Royce was dropped by Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
