September 5, 2025: Gunter, TX 75058 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX) and the host Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX), saw Lindsay's volleyball squad notch a victory over Gunter by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Lindsay improves its record to 21-7 on the season. The Knights host Nocona (Nocona, TX) to encounter the Indians in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 17-9.
The Tigers now own a 15-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pottsboro for a 3A Region II District 11 contest on Tuesday, September 9. Gunter will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Whitewright (Whitewright, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-9.
