In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Schuylkill Valley Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Marian Catholic .

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA). The Tigers go into the Berks County test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Fleetwood was defeated by Brandywine Heights Area (Topton, PA), 3-2, in a league test.

The now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hazleton Area for a non-league test on Monday, September 8.
