The Mountain Crest Mustangs tipped the host Murray Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Weber Warriors (Pleasant View, UT) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Mountain Crest will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Salem Hills (Salem, UT).

With the loss, Murray drops to 7-8 on the campaign. The Spartans host West Jordan (West Jordan, UT) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Friday, September 5. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 6-3. West Jordan won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Hunter (West Valley City, UT)
