September 6, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28212 The East Mecklenburg Eagles smashed the visiting Central Academy Cougars soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Eagles now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Garinger for a match on Thursday, September 8. East Mecklenburg will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Butler (Matthews, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Central Academy drops to 1-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to encounter the Ragin' Bulls in a non-league match on Thursday, September 8. The Ragin' Bulls come into the match with a record of 6-0.
