Ohio High School Soccer - Boardman nudges Badger
September 6, 2022: Youngstown, OH 44512 Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Badger Braves (Kinsman, OH), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 10. Boardman will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 5-2 league win over Minerva (Minerva, OH).
The Braves now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pymatuning Valley for a Northeastern challenge on Thursday, September 8. Badger will confront a Lakers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lordstown (Warren, OH). The Lakers record now stands at 4-2.
