The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Covington Cougars (Covington, VA) and the visiting Highland Rams (Monterey, VA), saw Covington's volleyball squad beat Highland by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Covington upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Craig County (New Castle, VA) to play the Rockets in a Pioneer bout on Thursday, September 8. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
