In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Mabank Panthers (Mabank, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Brownsboro Bears (Brownsboro, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 contest, on Friday, September 9. Mabank will attempt to better on its 16-9 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 15-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Alba-Golden (Alba, TX).
