The North Penn-Liberty Mountie (Liberty, PA) volleyball tipped the host Troy Trojans (Troy, PA), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, North Penn-Liberty upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Mountie travel to Towanda (Towanda, PA) to play the Black Knights in a PIAA District IV outing on Thursday, September 8. The Black Knights go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Towanda lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Wyalusing Valley (Wyalusing, PA)

The Trojans now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Canton for a PIAA District IV outing on Saturday, September 10. Troy will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Athens (Athens, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
