September 6, 2023: Mount Vernon, WA 98273 The Mount Vernon Bulldogs prevailed the visiting Nooksack Valley Pioneers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Mount Vernon will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bothell/Inglemoor (Bothell, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 1-0.
The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Anacortes (Anacortes, WA). The Seahawks enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Anacortes gained a win over Blaine (Blaine, WA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
