Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Holy Ghost Prep knocks off Dock Mennonite
September 6, 2023: Lansdale, PA 19446 Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Dock Mennonite Pioneers (Lansdale, PA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Firebirds confront the Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Holy Ghost Prep will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Fords enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Roman Catholic (Philadelphia, PA).
The Pioneers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Faith Christian Academy for a Bicentennial - Constitution challenge on Friday, September 8. Dock Mennonite will confront a Lions team coming off a 12-0 league win over Valley Forge Military Academy (Wayne, PA). The Lions record now stands at 4-0.
