Missouri High School Volleyball - Brentwood edged by Affton
September 6, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63123 The Affton Cougars held off the visiting Brentwood Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ladue Horton Watkins for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Affton will confront a Rams team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO). The Rams record now stands at 1-6.
The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Crossroads (St. Louis, MO). The enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Crossroads was nudged by Crystal City (Crystal City, MO), 3-0, in a league test.
