September 6, 2023: Richfield, ID 83349 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Butte County Pirates (Arco, ID) and the host Richfield Tigers (Richfield, ID), saw Butte County's volleyball squad beat Richfield by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Butte County upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Pirates travel to Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Murtaugh won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Oakley (Oakley, ID)
The Tigers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hansen for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Richfield will play a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Camas County (Fairfield, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 1-3.
