September 6, 2023: Lynwood, CA 90262 Firebaugh Falcons (Lynwood, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Falcons battle the Pomona Catholic Pacers (Pomona, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Firebaugh will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Pacers come into the match with a 8-3 record after their 3-1 league win over St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA).
With the loss, South Gate drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Garfield (Los Angeles, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a Eastern match on Monday, September 11.
