With the win, North upgrades its record to 2-7 on the year. The Stars host Independence (Bakersfield, CA) to face the Falcons in a South Yosemite Valley outing on Thursday, September 7. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Independence lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Arvin (Arvin, CA)
The Trojans now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host West for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 7. Foothill will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-9.
