September 6, 2023: Leonardtown, MD 20650 The McDonough Rams volleyball team (Pomfret, MD), went down 2-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD)
The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes enter the Southern Maryland challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Huntingtown defeated Chopticon (Morganza, MD), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Rams encounter the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) in a Southern Maryland challenge, on Thursday, September 7. McDonough will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
