New York High School Football - Spencerport can't hold off Brockport
September 6, 2024: Brockport, NY 14420 Brockport Blue Devils (Brockport, NY) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Spencerport Rangers (Spencerport, NY), 28-21 in a league battle.
With the win, Brockport advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Greece Athena (Rochester, NY) to play the Trojans in a Section 5 A battle on Friday, September 13. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Greece Athena won 14-13 in their recent league battle against Greece Arcadia (Rochester, NY)
The Rangers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Gates Chili for a Section 5 A battle on Friday, September 13. Spencerport will play a Spartans team coming off a 34-6 non-league loss to Rush-Henrietta (Henrietta, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
