September 6, 2024: Johnston, IA 50131 The Cedar Falls Tigers football squad scored 37 points and limited the host Johnston Dragons to 34 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Ankeny Centennial for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Cedar Falls will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 55-14 non-league win over Ames (Ames, IA). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.
